Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliant staff and child files and conduct monthly fire drills.
  • Schedule staff within payroll budgets while meeting licensure and quality standards.
  • Coach and support teaching staff to build a cohesive team.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and classroom ratios during ramp-up of a new center.
  • Implement a developmental, multicultural curriculum across classrooms.
  • Guide staff in assessing and recording child growth and observations.
  • Conduct monthly staff meetings, one-on-one check-ins, and parent meetings.
  • Partner with families to enhance communication and drive enrollment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and classroom ratios during the critical ramp-up period of a new center
  • Ensure implementation of a developmental, multicultural curriculum that supports skill progression and social development across all classrooms
  • Guide staff in assessing and recording child growth and observations in Teacher Strategies Gold
  • Conduct monthly staff meetings, one‑on‑one check‑ins with staff, and parent meetings as needed
  • Partner with families to build strong communication and drive enrollment as the center establishes itself in the community

$68,000 - $73,000 a year

In addition to an annual salary, our Center Directors are eligible for an annual KPI‑based bonus plan.
