Job summary

Learning Care Group in New York is seeking a Center Director to lead school operations, staff, and family engagement. You will promote child development, ensure licensing and company standards, and recruit and retain qualified staff in a warm, educational setting.

Compensation ranges from $70,600 to $73,000 depending on education and experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

As a Director, you will:

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of $70,600-$73,000/salary based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
