At Magical Beginnings Learning Centers, we know that exceptional childcare programs begin with strong, supported leadership. We are seeking a Massachusetts EEC Director II Certified Center Director to lead our licensed childcare and preschool center in South Hamilton, MA.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Childcare Center Director, Preschool Director, or Early Childhood Education Leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality early education, developing strong teaching teams, building meaningful family relationships, and maintaining excellence in EEC compliance and center operations.

As the Center Director, you will serve as the primary leader of the school, overseeing daily operations, staff management, regulatory compliance, enrollment growth, and program quality. You will be supported by a dedicated Assistant Director, creating a strong leadership team that allows for effective collaboration, operational support, and a balanced approach to center management.

Key Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Director II certification (required)
• Previous experience as a Childcare Center Director, Assistant Director, or Program Director in a daycare or preschool setting
• Strong knowledge of EEC compliance, licensing, and childcare regulations
• Experience with enrollment management and staff leadership
