Child Development Schools North Carolina LLC is seeking a Director-in-Training in Clayton, NC. This hands-on program runs 3 months, with a week-long onsite boot camp in Clayton to train you in hiring, budgeting, marketing, and curriculum. Successful completion could lead to a permanent School Director role.

You’ll lead recruitment, training, and staff support, while ensuring state compliance, family engagement, and a safe, thriving center environment.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience in early childhood education or a similar role
• CDA or higher in early childhood education preferred
• State certification/license as required
• Strong communication with kids, families and staff
• Able to manage schedules, tasks and surprises
• Willingness to jump in where needed

Requirements

Who We're Looking For:

• A leader with 1--3 years of experience in early childhood education or a similar leadership role
• Someone with a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Certified or licensed as required by your state -- you know the drill!
• A communication champ with a heart for kids, families, and staff
• A multitasking master who can juggle schedules, tasks, and surprises with grace
• Flexible, hands-on, and ready to jump in wherever needed
