Qualifications

• Must possess excellent time management skills.
• Proper attendance is required; employees are expected to arrive on time daily.
• Must possess or obtain required state and federal clearances.
• Travel to other centers within the county may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all center areas are thoroughly clean and ready for children and staff the next day.
• Maintains routine floor and carpet cleaning including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and shampooing.
• Upholds facility hygiene by daily waste removal and clean waste collection areas.
• Restocks restroom paper and soap supplies to ensure availability.
• Performs scheduled deep cleaning of interior surfaces to maintain a sanitary setting.
• Maintains custodial supplies inventory and inventories equipment for timely ordering.
• Completes other tasks as assigned by the Center Director and reports safety concerns.
