Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• Strong ability to manage budgets and relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Center sales and service efforts to retain existing relationships and grow new relationships.
• Manage the Center budget to meet deposit goals and achieve loan targets and net income results.
• Ensure policies, procedures, audits, CRA objectives, and performance reviews are properly followed.
• Supervise 1-3 subordinate supervisors and oversee center operations.
