Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is hiring a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Katy, TX. This full-time in-center role provides intensive ABA therapy to children with autism, Monday–Friday 8:30am–4:30pm.

You will work under BCBA/BC supervision, collect data, train families, maintain documentation, and ensure a safe, organized environment. Requires RBT certification, HS diploma, reliable transport, and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB tests.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification issued by BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow prescribed behavioral protocols outlined in the client’s treatment plan by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training per treatment protocols.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time and per procedures.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers as instructed by BCBA/BC.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Assist BCBA/BC in preparing client materials and assessments.
