Texas ABA Centers in Katy, TX is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) full-time. The role offers a starting rate of $23.50 per hour, with active BACB RBT certification or support to obtain it.

Training and mentorship are provided, along with opportunities for career advancement within ABA therapy. Responsibilities include delivering ABA therapy in various settings, teaching essential skills, and tracking client progress under supervision.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain data accuracy.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Provide administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
