Job summary

Centria seeks Center-Based Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training. The role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and the pay range is $17–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to move and assist with children up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervision and guidance.
• Maintain safety and support during activities and transitions.
