Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking an RBT for a part-time, center-based ABA role in Indiana. The position involves working one-on-one with young children, implementing individualized therapy plans, and collaborating with clinicians to support each learner’s goals.

Qualifications

• All applicants welcome with a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with children preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children (18 months to school age) to provide center-based ABA therapy.
• Collaborate with clinicians and behavior analysts to implement therapy plans.
• Use a play-based and naturalistic approach to therapy.
• Help children progress and prepare for transition to traditional school settings.
• Track and document progress for each child.
• Be part of a supportive team aligned with Lighthouse Core Values.
