Job summary

Spectrum of Hope is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to work with children diagnosed with autism in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. You’ll run structured sessions, receive paid RBT training and certification, and help kids communicate, play, and thrive daily.

Qualifications

• Willing to undergo RBT training and certification.
• Able to track progress with data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interaction with children and families.
• Experience in childcare, education, or caregiving is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism.
• Implement therapy sessions based on behavior plans (training and certification covered).
• Cheer them on as they learn to communicate, play, and thrive.
• Track progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to develop life-changing care plans.
