Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, seeks a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Speedway, IN. This full-time, in-center role supports one-on-one and group ABA sessions for young children.

You will collect data, follow treatment plans, mentor with BCBA supervision, and engage families. Requirements include RBT certification, high school diploma, reliable transportation, and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification as issued by the BACB.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• TB test annually

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols per the client's treatment plan built by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with the treatment and behavior protocols.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time and per established procedures.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by BCBA/BC.
