Job summary
A leading behavioral services provider in Salem is seeking a passionate Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician. In this role, you'll implement behavior intervention plans for children with autism, providing essential support to improve their communication and daily living skills. Qualifications
18+ years of age required.
Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test.
Must pass a pre-employment background check.
Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification.
Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication and social skills.
Assist children in daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
