Job summary

Centria Autism in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism through evidence-based intervention under a BCBA.

You will work one-on-one with children, implement individualized plans, teach communication and daily living skills, and help reduce challenging behaviors in a collaborative team setting.

Compensation ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, with comprehensive training and opportunities to grow within Centria Autism.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, bend, squat).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
