Job summary

Centria Autism through its Life Skills Autism Academy offers a full-time RB T position based in our Plano, Texas center. You will provide direct 1:1 and small-group therapy with children, following individualized treatment plans created by BCBA/BC, and you will record progress, goals, and outcomes using mobile devices.

The role requires current RBT certification, reliable transportation, and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification (BACB).
• Willing to participate in background check process.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• TB test annually.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
• Follow behavior protocols per the client's treatment plan.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training.
• Ensure timely documentation and adherence to procedures.
• Communicate progress to parents as instructed by BCBA/BC.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Assist with preparation of client materials and assessments.
