Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is hiring for an RBT/BT in our Morristown, NJ center. You will provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services to children, implement treatment plans under supervision, and help develop essential skills in a structured setting.

You will work with BCBAs and families to ensure consistent, high-quality care and will receive supervision, training, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 1:1 ABA experience with children required or preferred.
• Experience collecting and recording data during sessions.
• Ability to collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team.
• RBT certification is required or pursued within four months of employment.
• Background checks and health screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a center-based environment.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction using evidence-based strategies.
• Help children develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Accurately collect and record data and communicate observations to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and families to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children.
• Participate in supervision, training, and professional development.
