Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.

You will learn evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills, while reducing challenging behaviors. The role includes training and the chance to make a meaningful difference for families.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Must be 18+ years of age; High school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid cert and TB test required.
• Background check required; able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with children to develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Create a supportive, safe, and encouraging learning environment.
