Job summary

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join Centria Autism as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, teaching communication, social and daily living skills, and reducing interfering behaviors. No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.

You should be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
