Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Center-Based Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, working with young children in Brockton, MA. You will join a collaborative team and receive paid onboarding and ongoing supervision to support growth.

The role emphasizes play-based therapy, data collection, and adherence to compassionate care. Full-time center-based schedule with growth opportunities and paid RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
• Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child's success
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment
