Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Center-Based Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision for young children. You’ll use play-based methods, support skill development, and collaborate with a dedicated team in a center setting.

You’ll receive structured onboarding, ongoing supervision, paid RBT certification, tuition support, and clear pathways for advancement as you grow in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Role Overview

As a Center-Based Behavior Technician, you'll work directly with young children (typically ages 18 months-6 years) to support skill development through play-based, individualized ABA therapy. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values creativity, consistency, and compassionate care.

Pay Ranges (Based on Education & Experience)

• High School Diploma /Associate's Degree: $22.00 - $27.00/hour
• Bachelor's Degree: $23.00 - $27.00/hour

Additional factors that may increase starting pay include:

• Prior experience working in ABA or related behavioral health settings
• Higher levels of education or relevant coursework
• Fluency in additional languages that support the families we serve
• Advanced certifications or specialized training (e.g., RBT certification)

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including:

• Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations throughout the session
• Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, which may include aggression, elopement, or self-injurious behaviors

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Willingness to support coverage at nearby centers if needed
• No prior ABA experience required-we train you
