Role Overview

As a Home & Community Behavior Technician,you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in natural settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.You'll work under BCBA supervision to support skill development, behavior reduction, and meaningful progress-while adapting to different settings throughout your day.

This role is ideal for individuals who value variety, independence, and building strong relationships with families and teams.

What You'll Do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
• Implement treatment plans in home, school, and community settings
• Use play‑based and individualized strategies to engage children
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors
• Support skill generalization across environments
• Maintain safe, professional, and organized therapy sessions

Pay Range

• Hourly Rate: $2100 - $26.00/hour (based on education and experience)

• Prior experience working in ABA or related behavioral health settings
• Higher levels of education or relevant coursework
• Fluency in additionallanguages that support the families we serve
• Advanced certifications or specialized training (e.g., RBT certification)

Qualifications & Essential Job Functions

• Minimum age of 18
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to actively engage in child‑centered play and therapeutic activities
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including:

1. Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
2. Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations
3. Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, which may include aggression, elopement, or self‑injurious behaviors

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region
• Valid driver's license and punctual attendance
• Comfort working across multiple settings (home, school, community)
• No prior ABA experience required- we train you
