Applicants must hold BCBA certification in good standing and meet BACB ethics requirements, with Texas TDLR compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Completion of BACB-approved coursework and supervised fieldwork requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments using various tools including direct observation and interviews.
• Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans with measurable goals.
• Monitor client progress with data collection and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Supervise and train behavior technicians to maintain high standards of care.
• Educate families on effective behavioral strategies for generalization.
