Centria’s Life Skills Autism Academy in Tucker, GA, seeks a BCBA to lead center-based ABA therapy for children under 5. You’ll supervise technicians, implement assent-based plans, and partner with families to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or current student in an ABA Master’s program.
• Experience delivering center-based ABA therapy with young children.
• Strong data collection and treatment planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery in a center-based setting.
• Supervise and guide Behavior Technicians for clinical excellence.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans per ABA principles.
• Engage parents during on-site trainings to drive progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services with data-driven decisions.
