Centria is hiring a Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Indianapolis or Lawrence, Indiana. You will deliver ABA therapy in a purpose-built clinical setting with robust clinical support and a clear path for career growth.

The base salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000, with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities averaging about $1,000 per month, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for CEU reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment
• Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
• Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
