Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery in an in-center setting.
• Provide daily guidance to Behavior Technicians to maintain clinical excellence.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents during on-site training to drive progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through supervision and data-driven decisions.
