Qualifications

• Must be a licensed BCBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Experience with children/adults with special needs is essential.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs).
• Consult with families regarding treatment and behavior modification.
