Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a clinician for supervising ABA programs and guiding a multi-disciplinary team. You will oversee program delivery for children with ASD, ensuring high-quality intervention and adherence to best-practice guidelines.

You will mentor Program Managers and Behavior Interventionists, collaborate with families and community partners, and participate in ongoing professional development while traveling locally as required.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of ABA and related guidelines for working with children with ASD.
• Familiar with current research and evidence-based practices in autism intervention.
• Strong ability to create and deliver parent education and staff training.
• Proficient with MS Office and maintaining clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality clinical supervision and work direction to direct reports.
• Oversee ABA programs for caseload, ensuring best-practice guidelines are used.
• Lead and participate in staff meetings; deliver specialized training materials.
• Recruitment support and onboarding for new associates; ongoing staff development.
• Attend conferences/trainings to stay current on autism and related fields.
• Travel up to 50% locally; liaise with families, therapists, and community partners.
