The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in a related field and BCBA certification. Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
• Minimum of 2 years as a BCBA.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assessment, development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior intervention plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and best practices in ABA.
• Supervise and mentor BCBAs, assistant supervisors, and other clinical staff.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and data to ensure effective treatment progress.
