Success On The Spectrum (SOS) in Sanford, FL seeks a passionate BCBA to deliver ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work weekdays 8:00 AM–4:00 PM in a center-based setting, with potential in-home/in-school supervision. Expect a supportive team, clinical leadership, and opportunities for growth.

You will assess, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training while managing a 6–12 client caseload and collaborating with the clinical team to maintain high-quality care.

Qualificações

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing ABA therapy.
• Ability to coordinate assessments and treatment plans.

We're seeking a talented BCBA who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism. As a BCBA at SOS, you will have the opportunity to work in a center-based setting, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with in-home and in-school supervision if applicable.

Responsibilities:

• Assessments, supervision of treatment plans, training of RBTs, and provision of parent training
• Manage a caseload of 6-12 full-time clients (25-32 billable hours per week)
• Practicum students and interns can help manage your caseload
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure adherence to treatment plans and quality of care
