Job summary

Illuminate is seeking a BCBA to lead the clinical side of care in Ohio, developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans while mentoring technicians and case supervisors. You will guide families through meaningful progress and collaborate with the Clinical Director to shape high-quality, compassionate services for every client.

Candidates should hold a Master's in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, and have 2+ years of ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field.
• BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed professional).
• 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis and related experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors.
• Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progress.
• Provide parent coaching and support.
• Maintain quality documentation and reports.
• Mentor staff and lead monthly training sessions.
• Stay current with research and share best practices with the team.

Your Role

As a BCBA at Illuminate, you'll lead the clinical side of care - developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans, mentoring behavior technicians and case supervisors, and guiding families through meaningful progress. You'll partner closely with the Clinical Director while helping shape high-quality, compassionate services for every client.

What You Bring

Required:

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
• BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)

Preferred:

• 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
• Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor
