Job summary

Illuminate is hiring a BCBA to lead the clinical side of ABA care for children and adolescents, shaping treatment plans and mentoring staff. The role combines leadership with flexible scheduling and a strong support structure.

You will design and monitor ABA programs, conduct FBAs, coach families, and ensure high-quality documentation. A BCBA certification and a Master’s degree are required, with a focus on compassionate outcomes and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field.
• BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional) is required or strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors.
• Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progress.

Your Role

As a BCBA at Illuminate, you'll lead the clinical side of care - developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans, mentoring behavior technicians and case supervisors, and guiding families through meaningful progress. You'll partner closely with the Clinical Director while helping shape high-quality, compassionate services for every client.

What You Bring

Required:

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field

• 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
• Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor li>
