Illuminate is seeking a BCBA to lead the clinical side of care, designing and overseeing ABA treatment plans while mentoring technicians and case supervisors. You will partner with the Clinical Director to deliver high‑quality, compassionate services for every client and support families through progress.

The role offers 60% remote work, attainable caseloads, and a competitive salary range of $90,000–$110,000 per year with a $7,500 sign‑on bonus.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field.
• BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.

Your Role

As a BCBA at Illuminate, you’ll lead the clinical side of care - developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans, mentoring behavior technicians and case supervisors, and guiding families through meaningful progress. What You’ll Do

What You Bring

Required:

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
• BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills

Preferred:

• 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
• Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor
