Job summary

Inner Circle Autism Network is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee individualized programs for children with autism ages 2–10 in center-based settings. You will coordinate with the direct care team, supervise RBTs, and review data to adjust treatment plans ensuring progress toward goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, education or related field.
• BCBA Credential/Certificate.
• 2–5 years of experience with individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Experience as a BCBA in home or clinic-based settings (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee individualized programs for children with autism ages 2–10 in natural settings.
• Coordinate sessions with direct care team and provide coaching across settings.
• Review data and adjust programs to reflect child development and progress toward goals.
• Partner with the Treatment Director in initial assessments.
• Produce progress reports and treatment plans for regulatory agencies and funding sources.
• Lead regular treatment updates with behavior technicians.
• Provide feedback to RBTs to ensure treatment integrity.
• Provide parent training to generalize skills and maintain progress.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and supervisors.

How will you make an impact?

• Design and oversee individualized programs for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, ages 2-10, in natural settings.
• Coordinate sessions to overlap with members of the direct care team to observe sessions and provide coaching and clinical support across settings.
• Review data and reports submitted by team and update individualized programs to ensure reflects child's development and progress towards identified goals.
• Partner with the Treatment Director in conducting initial assessments.
• Produce progress reports and treatment plans, meeting requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sources.
• Plan and lead regular treatment updates with behavior technicians.
• Provide consistent formal and informal feedback to RBTs to ensure a high degree of treatment integrity.
• Provide parent training to facilitate the generalization of skills and maintenance during non-therapeutic opportunities.
• Collaborate with all other disciplines, client's families, teachers, supervisors.

Qualification Requirements:

• Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, education or special education, or related field.
• BCBA Credential/Certificate.
• 2-5 years of experience working with individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Experience as a BCBA in a home or clinic-based setting (preferred).

• Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
