Job summary

Centria is seeking a BCBA who brings clinical expertise and a passion for children’s progress. In a purpose-built in-center setting, you’ll deliver high-quality ABA therapy with strong clinical support and minimal operational burden.

Earn $80,000–$90,000 base plus weekly and monthly bonuses (avg $1,000/month) and a $2,500 sign‑on. Enjoy predictable caseloads, expert mentorship, and opportunities to lead and mentor others.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential required or equivalent certification.
• Ability to supervise Behavior Technicians and provide clinical mentorship.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy in center-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery in a collaborative in-center environment.
• Provide daily support and guidance to Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans.
• Engage caregivers through on-site training sessions to drive progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services via supervision and data-driven decisions.
