Job summary

Centriaautism is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians in Portland, Oregon. You will work directly with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

This role requires patience, teamwork, and the ability to perform physical tasks. You'll be trained to help children reach their full potential with a structured career path ahead. Pay ranges between $19 to $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors.

Skills
