Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors, with comprehensive training provided to all new team members.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to work well in a team and under supervision of a BCBA.
• Requires 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and a TB test, plus pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized intervention plans under a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Reduce interfering behaviors while ensuring safety and engagement during sessions.
