Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Colorado is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy for young children in a supportive center setting. You will implement plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and report progress to families.

Ideal candidates bring childcare, caregiving, or paraprofessional experience, and must obtain RBT certification within 6 weeks. Soar offers paid training, ongoing development, and a clear progression path, with a sign-on bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred enrollment or completion of a bachelor's degree in child development, psychology, or education.
• Experience with children in childcare, caregiving, or education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master's-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a highly supported clinical environment.
