Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians in Fair Lawn, NJ. Under a BCBA clinician, you will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children, following individualized treatment plans and data collection requirements.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children; ABA experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Physical demands include standing, lifting, and engaging with children on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy and treatment under BCBA supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children according to individualized plans.
• Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans and data collection.
