Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role requires compassionate individuals who can follow individualized treatment plans with children.

We offer competitive compensation around $20/hour, comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k, 8 paid holidays, 16 PTO days, and weekly pay. Center-based positions with flexible schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under supervision.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans with children.
• Engage with children on the floor or seated during sessions.
