Job summary

RCG Behavioral Health Network is seeking an ABA Therapist l Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one center-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans and support learning across communication, social, and adaptive skills, while ensuring data-driven progress and compassionate family collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation with ability to travel within the service area.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one center-based ABA therapy following BCBA-developed treatment plans.
• Teach communication, play, social, adaptive living, and behavioral skills using evidence-based approaches.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity.
• Collect behavioral data and maintain accurate session notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers, coaching skills for generalization.
• Maintain HIPAA and confidentiality; comply with Medicaid and BACB standards.
