Beyond Behavior Consulting is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver individualized ABA services to children at our Forty Fort center. You will work one-on-one with clients under supervision, implementing treatment plans and recording data to track progress.

Ideal candidates bring patience, strong communication, and attention to detail. A high school diploma or related degree is required, along with clearances and CPR/mandated reporter training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or a related bachelor's degree.
• Reliable transportation and attendance reliability.
• Ability to obtain state/federal clearances and CPR/Mandated Reporter training.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy at the Forty Fort Center.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and graph client data during sessions.
• Maintain accurate session notes and VB program materials.
• Communicate with BCBAs, caregivers, and care team regularly.
• Attend supervision meetings and required trainings.
