A leading autism care provider in Texas is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician. This role involves providing direct care to clients using ABA therapy techniques, following treatment protocols, and ensuring client progress documentation. Candidates must be certified RBTs or complete training quickly. The position offers a pay range of $17-$18 per hour, with various employee benefits including tuition discounts and paid time off.
Qualifications
Must hold current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or complete a 40-hour training course within 45 days.
Able to lift up to 50lbs and run/move quickly if required for safety.
Must be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
Responsibilities
Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
Follow prescribed behavioral protocols as outlined in the treatment plan.
Collect and summarize data on observable client behavior.
