Job summary

Triumph ABA in Raleigh, NC, seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver center-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision, collect progress data, and maintain clear session notes.

Typical hours run 9am–7pm, Monday–Friday, with a pay range of $25.00–$28.00 per hour. The role requires a valid RBT certification and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of prior experience working with children or in a related field.
• Ability to follow clinical instructions, implement behavior plans, and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in a center-based setting.
• Collect data during sessions to monitor progress.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of client progress, session notes, and observed changes in behavior.
• Implement behavioral plans developed by the BCBA/LBA.
• Collaborate with other therapy team members, including BCBAs, RBTs, and parents/guardians.
• Respond promptly to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
