Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team in a center-based setting. You will work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under BCBA supervision to implement treatment plans and collect progress data.

The role requires caring about children, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and reliable transportation. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and others.
• Assist with physically supporting clients and moving as needed.
