Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA invites compassionate individuals to join as Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans in center-based settings.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Physical demands include standing, lifting, bending, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children according to individualized treatment plans.
• Support treatment goals and progress through structured activities.
