Job summary

Delta Area Economic Opportunity Corporation seeks a part-time Teacher's Aide to support a preschool classroom. The successful candidate will assist the teacher with educational activities and daily routines in a collaborative team environment.

Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED; a CDA credential is preferred. Missouri driver's license, transportation, and insurance are required.

Job description

The Teacher's Aide assists the preschool teacher in providing educational support in a preschool classroom setting. The successful candidate must have experience working with young children, have the ability to work as a team, be able to work in a flexible environment. Applicant must have a High School Diploma/GED, a CDA (child development associate) credential is preferred.

Hours:

• PART-TIME approx. 28 hours per week
• HS Positions - 40 weeks per year
• EHS Positions - 52 weeks per year
