Job summary

Delta Area Economic Opportunity Corporation in Missouri seeks a part-time Teacher's Aide to support the preschool teacher with educational activities and a nurturing classroom environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with young children, be a team player and flexible, and hold a High School Diploma or GED (CDA preferred). A Missouri driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

The Teacher's Aide assists the preschool teacher in providing educational support in a preschool classroom setting. The successful candidate must have experience working with young children, have the ability to work as a team, be able to work in a flexible environment. Applicant must have a High School Diploma/GED, a CDA (child development associate) credential is preferred.

Hours:

• PART-TIME approx. 28 hours per week
• HS Positions - 40 weeks per year
• EHS Positions - 52 weeks per year
