Vaiden Community Living Center is seeking an Admissions/Social Services Director to drive census growth through referrals, outreach, and effective admissions coordination. The role oversees inquiries, evaluates prospective residents for placement, and ensures a positive experience for residents and families.

It also leads the facility's social services program in line with policy and regulatory standards, with cross‑functional collaboration.

Formación

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in admissions, marketing, social services, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Ability to develop referral networks and support census growth.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to evaluate resident needs and coordinate appropriate placement.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and documentation requirements preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, referral sources, and facility leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Meet census goals and maintain Medicare and private-pay census.
• Develop promotional campaigns, advertising, and outreach initiatives.
• Coordinate tours, events, and activities to promote the facility.
• Monitor competitor activity and marketing strategies.
• Identify opportunities for new services based on community needs.
• Track referrals and admissions activity; improve census growth.
• Train team on referrals, admissions procedures, and census development.
• Manage the admissions process from inquiry to placement.
• Evaluate prospective residents for placement and pre-admission assessments.
• Collaborate with Administrator, Director of Nursing, and others on clinical and financial considerations.
• Ensure a welcoming transition for new residents and families.
• Monitor satisfaction through surveys and follow-up communications.
• Review feedback and suggest improvements to administration.
• Maintain communications with families and responsible parties.
• Coordinate and conduct required social services programs per policy.
• Maintain social services documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
