Job summary

TriCore Industrial Measurement Services (TriCore IMS) seeks a CEMS Technician to install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot emissions measurement equipment. You will manage DAHS systems, perform routine inspections, and collect data for regulatory reporting.

Travel to industrial sites and lead field activities while ensuring compliance with EPA rules and local regulations. Experience with gas analyzers and PLC controls is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with gas analyzers (NDIR, FTIR, UV) and calibration methods.
• Understanding of environmental regulations (EPA certifications).
• Troubleshooting pneumatic and electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, calibration, and inspection of emissions measurement equipment on a daily/weekly/quarterly basis.
• Technical support to install, troubleshoot, repair sampling probes, DAHS, and gas analyzers.
• Ensure compliance with EPA/local air regulations and prepare regulatory reports.
• Collect emissions data, analyze results, and support field activities.
• Identify leaks or inefficiencies to support continuous improvement.
