Job summary

Service Corporation International in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Cemetery Maintenance Associate to prepare grounds for burials, assist with openings and closings, and maintain markers and foundations. The successful candidate will work outdoors in varying weather, follow safety rules, lift up to 30 lbs, and communicate effectively with families and team members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six (6) months experience operating standard equipment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Participates in openings and closings for interments, entombments, inurnments, and disinterment, and assists with installation of memorials and markers.
• Performs grounds and facilities maintenance and general upkeep of cemetery areas.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management and adheres to safety rules.
